Your health and happiness matter just as much as your pace and performance. Whether you’re chasing PBs or enjoying a gentle jog, remember:

  • Rest is training too. Recovery days help your body rebuild and grow stronger.
  • Listen to your body. Niggles and fatigue are signals, not challenges to ignore.
  • Stay connected. Chat with fellow Striders, share your highs and lows—you’re never running alone.
  • Fuel your runs. Eat well, hydrate often, and sleep plenty.
  • Mental wellbeing matters. Running clears the mind, but if you’re feeling overwhelmed, reach out. We’re here for you.
